intechweb.net is the web name for Intechweb.
POLICY
It is the policy of Intechweb that all solutions are delivered: ON TIME, TO SPECIFICATION AND TO BUDGET. Every endeavour is made to keep to these strict standards but we cannot anticipate circumstances that are beyond our control although we take every precaution to be aware as soon as possible of any such difficulties. If for any reason any of these fails to deliver we will always keep our clients well appraised of any situation that develops and if necessary come to some agreement as to how we can achieve a practical solution to deal with such circumstances.
NO POP-UPS or SPLASH SCREENS
As all work is now delivered to the standards of the World Wide Web Consortium, the main standards body for the internet, we do not include pop-ups or splash screens that are not under user control at all times.
SUPPORT
All solutions are provided with on-going support at an appropriate level depending on the nature of a solution. This support is available for any necessary period and any costs for support are outlined at specification and agreed with the client before deployment. The nature of support varies widely depending on the nature of the solution. Advice will be given concerning the kind of support that may be required at the time of the initial specification.
CONTINUING DEVELOPMENT
Some solutions can require several distinct development stages at the request of the client or as a result of the developmental nature of the problem. In such cases where a client requests a particular timescale with regard to development Intechweb will arrange that a solution is divided into separate stages and each stage would have its own specification, schedule and costing.
COPYRIGHT
Where we deal with materials or content provided by a client then at all times we respect the copyright of the originators of any such materials. All such information is treated with the same approach that is applied to the protection of data.
CONTENT
Intechweb cannot accept any content for inclusion in any solution which contravenes any existing law or accepted standard of any country or state. Intechweb reservse the right to decline to handle any material that contravenes standards of taste or decency or in any way promotes discrimination of any sort against section or group. We always make our clients aware of such matters before we undertake any contract.
CHARGES
We always make all our rates clear. All solutions are provided with complete explanations of the nature of all charges before we begin work on a solution so that you are always aware of the cost of services that have been requested. There are no hidden costs.
If a client requests an alteration to any specification after the initial agreement has been accepted then any additional work required to be done will be costed accordingly and agreement reached on any supplementary costs before any alterations to a solution are undertaken.
