To assist in the development of the specifications we can provide a number of tools to help clients to determine their requirements but close client consultation remains our primary mechanism in helping to establish a clear specification.

All sites are designed to the current web standards and come with full navigational and accessibility features. A variety of other features including searching, database support and interactivity are supplied tailored to the specification.

At the prototyping stage, deployment and on any subsequently required occasion training sessions in the use and administration of the site can be provided on site.

All developments can be supported by Service Level Agreements. The start of such an agreement is normally effective from the point of deployment and covers all maintenance required in respect of the provided specification. Additional features required after the SLA is in place will be counted as developments and are not covered by the SLA.

Intechweb can host client sites with a full range of support facilities including databases - MS SQL, email, anti-virus and spam protection.
