All projects developed by Intechweb are provided with full support as part of the whole system cycle. The kind of support will vary to match the nature of the requirement but each project receives a support package customised to their needs.

Staff Training
Training needs will vary depending on the range of features in a project that require it - this is particularly true of content managed sites.
All training sessions are carried out on site and can include a mixture of presentations and hands on experience.
Types of staff training
  • PRE-DEPLOYMENT TRAINING: To allow staff to become familiar with what may be a new working environment.
  • POST DEVELOPMENT TRAINING: To gain feedback on the use of the project and to familiarise technical support staff with the fine detail of in house support.
  • Different levels of training for staff with varying access to parts of the project. As all projects come with content management features familiarity with the various aspects may be dependent on the level of access allowed.
Highlight ItemSERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS
On deployment a Service Level Agreement comes into effect which will cover various aspects of routine maintenance which can include, depending on the nature of the project:
  • Domain name re-registering
  • Site hosting fees
  • E-mail and anit-virus software updates
  • Other maintenance features identified at specification
The Service Level Agreement will not cover any further development outside the original specification as that would be treated as a new development.

In addition to providing training for projects support a series of short courses and lectures relating to web site development are available. These courses are delivered on site and cover the following areas:
  • Site Dvelopment
  • Web Standards
  • E-commerce
  • Small business groups in education
All courses include presentations and online experience and can be scheduled to fit into either business or education schedules.
E-commerce Technologies
Courses\lectures can be arranged independently of projects. They can also be arranged as part of a project.
